Will It Show Under My Clothes?
Under anything with structure — denim, a fitted top, a lined dress — no. The boning channels run vertically and the hem curves rather than cutting a straight line, so there's no horizontal ridge. Under very thin, clingy jersey you may see the vertical seams if you look for them; Nude under light fabrics is the safest pairing.
Can I Actually Breathe In It?
Yes. Start on the outermost hook row — that's the loosest of the three. You should feel firmly held, never short of breath. If you can't take a full breath, you're on too tight a row or a size too small. Nothing about this should hurt.
How Long Can I Wear It?
Most people wear it for a few hours at a time — a dinner, an event, a work day. Build up gradually rather than starting with a full day, take it off if anything pinches or goes numb, and don't sleep in it. If you're pregnant, post-surgery, or have a hernia, reflux, or any abdominal condition, check with your doctor first.
Is This A Weight-Loss Product?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. A corset changes your silhouette while you're wearing it. It doesn't burn fat, reduce your waist permanently, or replace anything you'd do at the gym. What you get is an instant shape under an outfit — that's the whole promise.
Will It Roll Down Or Fold Over?
That's the specific failure this design exists to fix. Twenty-three steel bones hold the garment vertical, so there's nothing for it to fold around. Fabric-only shapers have no vertical structure, which is why they concertina at the waistband.

How Do I Wash It?
Hand wash cold with mild detergent, then hang to dry flat. Skip the dryer and the fabric softener — heat kills the elastane and softener coats the mesh. Washed this way it holds its structure for well over a year of regular wear.
